Off to Scotland!
Bill and are are getting ready to go! I had so much fun blogging on my educators' trips to Thailand, Costa Rica, and Spain, I've decided to blog about this trip, too! This trip is all about Bill. Named William Halsey Scott, his ancestors came from Scotland. The airfare for this adventure along with some travel books were his Christmas gifts from me. He has planned the entire trip. My request: I'd like to stay for a night or two on an island in the Hebredes off the western coast. Request has been granted, we'll spend 2 nights on the Isle of Skye in a little fishing village called Portree.Itinerary: Off we go!
April 13: Overnight flight from Boston to Dublin (7 hour layover and city tour of Dublin)
Fly to Edinburgh, Scotland
3 nights
April 17 Fort William
April 18, 19 Isle of Skye
April 20 Inverness
April 21 Aberdeen
April 22 Back in Edinburgh
April 23 Fly home to Boston
I can't wait to see sheep on the roads.
